We also fe...ature the TRX Suspension Training the newest and hottest workout using just your body weight. We are the only studio in Mountain View offering TRX in a class format at a reasonable price. We also offer personal training, plus child watch.

Why is it important to know how much antioxidant you have in your body?
Your antioxidant is a very important biomarker and a key indicator of the status of your immune system. Antioxidants are our body’s first protection against harmful free radicals. Free radicals are by products of metabolism, inflammation, UV light, smoking, drinking alcohol, and air pollution.
