FullForce Fitness is a fitness studio geared toward group exercise classes and personal training. We offer over 30+ classes a week ranging from kickboxing, body sculpt, Zumba, yoga, core/abs workouts, bootcamp, indoor cycling, circuit training and many other. We also feature the TRX Suspension Training the newest and hottest workout using just your body weight. We are the only studio in Mountain View offering TRX in a class format at a reasonable price. We also offer personal training, plus child watch.
