Dr faxed our prescrip. here. 2 hours later i went to pick up. Was told, If I need to do some shopping it would be ready in a few. I said I will be back in 4 hours. Went back in 4, was told ,We are out of this, It will be here tomorrow AM. WE will call you 2pm no call.I called them. Was told It is ready for pick up. Got there, was told we don't have this, be here tomorrow. I said I just talked to someone who told me to come pick it up. So he said Oh and looked around a bit and found it.I then gave them another Prescrip. to be filled. I said will you make sure you have it so I will not need to come back more than one time. was told we have it.It will ready in one hour.. Went back, was told we don't have this. We will call you tomorrow. I have been told a team is as good as it's leader. This must be one bad leader. Homer Thomas, Apache Jct Az.
