As owner of Haiku Houses, I have had occasion to use Mr. Fox's services a number of times over the last four years. He has developed his talent and experience as a residential designer so that he has become our favorite person to use for our outsourcing needs. Mr. Fox is a most capable designer and draftsman. I appreciate his pointing out difficulties with what the client may want and additionally suggesting creative solutions. He has a practical knowledge of all aspects of residential construction. He is budget conscious—watching out for my company and for the client.

In addition to Mr. Fox’s practical knowledge, he is creative in his work and always checks with us at the appropriate times. He catches on to new concepts quickly and with depth. His interpersonal skills are those of a true professional, and I have no hesitation asking him to interact directly with our most valued clients.

I have known and worked with Wade Fox for several years on many residential construction projects. He has demonstrated a through knowledge of the systems and principals of approved construction practices. He also demonstrates practical application of the NYS building code requirements.

Mr. Fox continually strives to stay up to date in the ever changing design profession. Drawings by Mr. Fox are always accurate and depict the correct requirements and construction practices to be code compliant in NYS. It is my opinion that Wade Fox would be a positive addition to any residential project
