would give them negative stars if I could! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THEM! Some of the restaurants don't even fulfill the orders but they charge your credit cards first anyway! When you call them, they'll tell you that they'll credit back your card...but it takes at least 3 business days to get the funds back on to credit card! They are rude and completely unprofessional! If you are like me and you are traveling out of town, staying at a hotel without room service and hungry....these are definitely NOT the people to call! Trust me...order from the menus at the front desk. Don't trust your hunger or money with this company!

We have used Food Friendz many times in the past. Lately the quality of setvice has really taken a dive. Our recent experiences have included cold food, late delivery without any updates, wrong orders and poor customer service.

We ordered 3 meals last night and they were cold, again! One order had the wrong dressing and ruined the meal. Asked for a refund and all we were offered was a $20 credit twords a future order. Ha!

We'll stick to using GrubHub from now on!

We ordered 4 entrees and they only delivered 2, after yelling for the driver to come back because food was missing, he finally came back up to the house and tried to blame the restaurant. He then said we could either have a refund or wait for up to 2 more hours for our food to arrive. We asked for the refund. They did refund the price of the missing entrees, but did not refund the tip or the "company and delivery fees". When you charge almost 25 dollars in suggested tip and fees you'd think checking the order would be standard practice. We will never be using this service again.

This company is nothing but crooks. I was charged for an order twice. I paid by credit card and the driver took my money and pocketed it. I will not recommend this company.
