Colorado State Flag
The official state flag of Colorado was adopted on June 5, 1911. It was designed by Andrew Carlisle Johnson in 1911. The white in the flag symbolizes Colorado's snow-capped mountains, the blue symbolizes clear blue skies, the red symbolizes the reddish soil, and the golden yellow represents the Sun. Attached to the flag is a cord of gold and silver, intertwined with gold and silver tassels.
Colorado was the 38th state in the USA; it was admitted in 1876.

Great Shop!
This place is fantastic! The selection of flags, pins, and badges is incredible. The store has banner representation from all over the world. Most recently, I returned to the shop to obtain a flag pole. I walked in with minimal information, and walked out with exact...ly what I needed. The sales staff at this shop take considerable time to help customers with their needs, and clearly understand the difference between chain store and local business level of service. I like the big stuff, so I pay a bit, but they have something for everyone! Check it out!
