The WORST! Lost my job in 2009. Leased an apartment and had 4 months left on the lease. Tried to negotiate to get out of the lease. No luck so I moved out! Remaining rent sold to Capstone for collection. Explained that no job....no money.....didn't care to hear it. I could have been on my death bed and they didn't care. Eventually went Chapter 7 and they left me alone. Hit my credit report but at least they got screwed out of the money. Credit score is now 770. So not as bad as I thought and these morons didn't get a penny. ...read more

I wrote this company regarding its unprofessional, illegal and unethical practices, antics, tactics and procedures used of trying to collect an account from me, plus disputing the account. the company has not responded. it has been well almost two months. i have noticed this week that the account has been posted to my credit report(s).
