Dynasty Limousine Enters Energy Star CompetitionDynasty Limousine is proud to announce that in our effort to reduce our footprint, the company has successfully reduced our energy costs by over 14%.  These program and policy changes will be outlined in our Energy Star application for the EPA's small business contest.  Some of the ways Dynasty has reduced our overall footprint are:*Only filling the gas tanks to 50% to reduce overall vehicle weight.*Placing key boxes on each vehicle to eliminate the need to travel and pick up keys.*GPS systems on each vehicle which allows for the quickest route and no time wasted.*Mandatory engine shut-off during wait time for clients.*Upgrading clients to larger vehicles if it is already on the road, instead of sending a different Limo.*Monitoring the speed of each vehicle via satellite tracking. While Limousines are notorious for poor fuel economy, Dynasty is constantly looking for ways to lessen the impact on the climate.  The 14% reduction in our footprint due to these energy saving measures will result in approximately 34.02 tons less CO2 in 2009. ...read more
