Awesome experience with Cady & Cady Studios. Their photographers are really talented and get pictures that bring out the personality in each individual. I will never do business with Cady Studios again. They charged me for photos I never received and their defense was that they shipped them to me twice. No tracking information, no photos at the post office and no refund after 6 months. They only wanted to issue me a speedy refund if I supplied them, via email, my credit card information. After charging me for something I never received the first time, why would I trust them with that information? I am warning parents to pay at your own risk. Also, beware of senior pictures. If you don't send them back within a certain time frame (even if you don't get them when THEY say you would or have other shipping problems), you will be charged using the credit card you reserve your child's sitting fee on. I spoke with Renee at Cady & Cady and she fixed the problem right away. I originally had called and needed to make some changes to our photo setting and was told we could not. I had an old picture of my grand dad, it was in very bad condition - many cracks and right corner was missing together with my grand dad's arm. Nobody else in town wanted to take and fix my picture.
