WARNING! DO NOT SHOP AT JEWEL BOUTIQUE IN PEMBROKE LAKES MALL....Listen up for my bday my hubby bought me the same Pandora charm as my daughter did a "Piggy" I attempted to even exchange it today with receipt and all (including box it was in and gift receipt) and Carrie the Manager from Hell proceeded to make me feel like a criminal. I clearly showed her the one on my Pandora bracelet so she could see I had duplicates.... I showed her the 2nd one in the box (never been removed from there) but her very poor management skills( and I do apologize for all those managers out there who are true professionals) thought it would be more important to belittle me to the point that her own staff was appalled and embarrassed of her behavior.So therefore my facebook friends and family to avoid the aggrevation only go to a retailer who clearly stands behind their product only shop at retailers that are authentic and reputable which evidently this one is not.
