He is easy to deal with and always honest. Nobody likes to hear their car is broken, but you know he will give you the options and let you decide what you want to do. I went to Cactus Car Wash for a simple wash but was talked into Deluxe Interior service by the attendant. he gave me a coupon and told me it was a secret. After waiting in the waiting area for over two hours I walked back to the detail area for the 3 time. The man cleaning the inside called me out. When I walk around I noticed paint missing from the hood of my car. I asked what happened but no one was talking. Finally someone said they would get he manager. The attendant came over and said "Didn't happen here" Manager came out and said "Didn't happen here" "It is from rust" "It happened a few day ago" The police had to be called. No offer to remedy the situation by CCW. I called the corporate office and four days later the CEO, Lennox D. Bundy II called me. He told me that manager said it was rock chips and he would not do anything about the damage. He never addressed the fact that the pin-stripping was damaged. He did tell me he has the largest grossing car wash in the USA! I got expert estimates on the damage. The professional said "This damage is too big to be considered rock chips" In my opinion Cactus Car Wash is the largest gross wash in the USA. Unbelievable that after being involved in an accident that he CAUSED a child's life to be ended he would be allowed not only to continue to to business but to KEEP his drivers license to allow him to put everyone in danger again!
