IF you are smart you WILL NOT use this provider and Bosch should revoke their status as a service company. Supposedly their owner "Janet" - incredibly rude, doesn't listen and is incompetent can't seem to make their service appointments and proceeds to blame their customers when they screw up. I will also be contacting the Expo (who recommended them - mistake) and Bosche directly - STAYCLEAR IF YOU ARE SMART as these guys are a very small mom and pop outfit and give their industry a bad name! they should leave FL and go back home to rudesville! ...read more
