The service person that came to my Moms mobile home was very courtious and there about an hour and replaced one plastic 2 gang plastic box and two rocker light switches and charged her over $330.00. I needed a house asap.Lorrie was able to find two home to look at. i chose the 2nd home.Lorrie wa able to get so much dwon and so much a month till closeing, the house caught on fire. I was able to call lorrie and tell her, she called the owner. because of insurance stuff. i ask lorrie if we could find another home. I like how they send me the same guy each time. It is nice not to have to re - explain every thing each time I want something new done. I understand they dropped their service fee from $55 to 49 to help with the times. I thought this was nice since they still pay gas and the guys to come out. As a retired electrician I feel they are honest and really care about each job. When things were busy they treated me just as nice as they did recently while things are slow. after they came out for a qoute . first qouted me 600 dollars for a simple job then requested i pay a 50 dollar dispatch fee. not happy with the qoute got a much lower one and re contacted gille eletric and advised them i had a second company come out and gave me a qoute for almost 500 dollars cheaper. they called back and advised me a mistake was made and the qoute was only 200 dollars now. they got 50 bucks for a 10 min qoute and ran. beware ...read more
