I WAS THERE ON THURSDAY THE 15TH OF OCTOBER AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY FOR PICKUP ON SATURDAY THE 17TH THEY SAID THEY HAD IT BUT NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE BUT IT WOULD BE READY ON MONDAY THE 19TH. I AM STILL HOLDING ON THE PHONE AND HAVE BEEN FOR 10 MINUTES AND APPARENTLY NOW THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE IT IS. I HAVE SPELLED MY NAME AT LAST FIVE TIMES.
Bad Customer Service
One young lady who is an employee at this Kinko's was very helpful, however the young man working in FedX in my opinion was very rude and demonstrated very poor customer service. The incident occured on May 27th 2009. It is my intent not to use this store again.
