Rude employee, horrible customer service
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I simply asked the employee to assist me in faxing 2 sheets since I had a sleeping 3 month old and a 2 year old with me. She flatly refused. A nice lady behind me offered to help. Fearing she would lose her place in line... I thanked her but told her it was really the employee's job. The employee shouted at me that if I wanted anything shipped that she wouldn't do it. I left and will be contacting corporate headquarters today. Stay away from this place. If I had read other reviews before I left the house, I wouldn't have gone there.
