Fanellas Pizza and Pub

We just left there 10 minutes ago. On a wed at 5:15 we had to wait 45 minutes for our dinner. Then when we get it my Dad gets mostacholli, he gets ordered spaghetti. The sauce was spicy and we did not like it. My baked macaroni and cheese was only baked for maybe 5 minutes to melt the cheese on top. The rest of it was just a liquidly heavy cheese sauce over mostacholli noodles. I was the only one that ate my dinner. When we complained to the waitress about the wrong dish and the spiceyness she sent over the manager.
He came over and asked if there was a problem (duh). He said he was not aware of the long wait and that was the way he has been making the sauce for 20 years. He said he would look into it.WHAT A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A MANAGER/OWNER HE IS. Not once did he apologize or say he was sorry. I was a manager in a restaurant for 15 years and am now in customer service. I have never seen anyone act that way. We have been going to Fanellas for 20 years but no more. See yaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Now that RICH FANELLA is back running the jont - I will never go there - too afraid of what diseases lurk because of the "after hours" activities of the owner.

There are rats in the kitchen -- and the LIQUOR COMMISIONER is onto them!!!!! They should expect a visit soon..........
