Parcels Plus saves time and money
Also, we knew that the post office would not be the best service for those glasses. Instead we utilized the services of DHL International for his package. DHL services are offered in our store on a daily basis. DHL gets items delivered fast and items arrive in tip-top shape.
We know when it will be better to use the services of the post office, or UPS or even FedEx. We never use the Flat Rate Box that the post office offers because it will cost a lot more money to ship in those boxes. Instead we use regular Priority Mail and that saves sometimes as much as $10 over Flat Rate. The post office will not give you the Priority Mail box(es), but we will as that is all we carry to save our customers' money.
It's all about customer service and that's what we give at Parcels Plus. We don't make people wait (unless there is a line) because we know how to ship and do so with fast, efficient and friendly service.

Alsip has a Gem in the Village
We love Parcels Plus, 11709 S. Pulaski. Located right in Alsip, we get all of our office services done here. Besides shipping, they can fax, notarize and make copies. We have always had great service from the friendly staff at Parcels. If you want great service, go there. You will be happy you did!
Parcels Plus is the Best!
We absolutely love Parcels Plus. Their staff is friendly and very helpful at all times. They even know how to save us money on shipping fees as they know prices and know which shipper to select to make our packages ship fast and efficiently. It's too bad a former d...isgruntled employee feels the need to attack them after they tried to give a job to help them. So please disregard any bad reviews. We've been using their services for years and absolutely love, love, love them and so will you.
We love Parcels Plus
We love Parcels Plus as the staff is warm and friendly. They saved us a ton of money on shipping fees and who doesn't love to save money. On average, they've saved us $5 per package because they know which shipper is cheaper. We will go back to them again and again as their service is outstanding.
Parcels Plus is the Best!
I always get great service from Parcels Plus in Alsip. Many of my store's business (State Farm) is done here as they can type letters, make copies and ship all in the same spot. Too bad a disgruntled employee (fired on December 5, 2010, felt the need to write bad revi...ews as she was fired for stealing money from the drawer and stealing merchandise from the shelves. Her name is Krystal and I found out she was also fired from Dunkin' Donuts for the same reasons. Her kids are in DCFS as she cannot have custody of them. Why she decided to attack this fine store is beyond me! Krystal is now in jail and her stealing should not reflect on Parcels Plus's outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will ALWAYS use the services of Parcels Plus in Alsip!
The Best of the Best
Parcels Plus is the best, far better than Mt. Greenwood Post Office. We have used their services for years (6 years now) and have always had the best service from this establishment. Talk about service, we get it here from this store and do not have to wait in line 45... minutes and deal with rude clerks at Mt. Greenwood. The reviews below are written by a disgruntled former employee who WAS fired by both Dunkin Donuts and Parcels Plus for retail theft. Her name is Crystel, hence the review by Crystel & friends below. I understand from many that Crystel has kids in DCFS and can't even get custody, she's THAT bad. Look what she's trying to do to this nice business owners at Parcels when they did nothing by try to help her. They had to fire her for stealing money from the store and for merchandise as she stole as she fled the store when she was fired on December 5, 2010. Funny, on how all the nasty reviews are written after December 5th.
