You will be sorry if you choose this builder! Michael Aranda has no regard for people/ customers. He has lied to me, stated they were not filing bankrupt but they did, right after I closed on my home that needed work.

MUCH LESS than 0 stars! In my opinion this builder is the worst possible pick - disrespected, ripped off and scammed. Left with costly repairs and leaks in a new home. I am sure others will agree if you ever did business with Michael Aranda! Surprised he has a license to contract?
