Great Service!

I live next to the one on Thousand Oaks & Henderson Pass and I always take my clothes to be altered and cleaned there. They were able to get out a make-up stain on a work shirt and a tough stain on a dress that 2 other cleaners could not remove. Also, the staff is al...ways friendly and my clothes is always ready on time. I am not sure why the multiple poster had such a bad experience but I have had many pants and shirts hemmed there with out a problem. On another note, this website is meant for honest and fair reviews of a business and it lessens the validity of the site when angry people abuse it's purpose. If you have a bad experience then by all means share, however don't abuse the rating system by re-posting the exact same review multiple times; one review will suffice.

What do you want to know?

All the alterations go to the seamstress in the Thousand Oaks location. I've had two brand new jeans ruined by her and dress pants done sloppily. The jeans hem was too short, uneven and stitched sloppily. She attached the original hem to the pants which I didn't ask... for so the pants hung weird and it flipped outward, kind of like bell-bottoms. After I went in to complain, she attempted to "fix it". It turned out still lopsided with the outside seam SHORTER than the inseam in one leg, the hem still "swooping" in the front and back. Seamstress refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong with the jeans, then later blamed the unevenness to the jeans itself. She was full of attitude from the first time I went into complain and refused to acknowledge her sloppy work. They refused to compensate for the means they ruined (it looks retarded now) and only refunded me the alteration fee. Avoid them if you don't want to have your precious investment ruined!
