after researching companies w/ the BBB I picked Dussault's and 2 others to quote my move. Dussault's treated me like family from the very beginning. Our firm had records stored with Dussault for many many years. They were responsive to every request to retrieve records. They came into our main office and boxed and logged hundreds of boxes of records for storage. They were organized and professional and completed ...the task in a fraction of the time we had already invested in 'temps'. Recently we determined the age of the records allowed us to finally destroy them. They went out of their way to assist us, measuring and weighing records to assist us in pricing shredding services, they even obtained shredding quotes for us. And made arrangements to destroy the non-paper storage items for us. They retrieved, staged, and palleted all the records which ultimately saved us about 25% of our estimated shredding budget. Dussault Moving & Storage has done about 4 moves for us or members of our family. We have been using them for at least 10 years now and every experience has been excellent. \t\n\t\nThe movers are on time and always very courteous, professional, and helpful. It is as... if they are working for you, like they are your best friends coming over to help you. They also are very flexible. For example, if you need to drop things off at 2 different addresses, they will accommodate you. \t\n\t\nWe have used Dussault for long-term storage as well and they took good care of our things.
