Discount Tire

I have tried going to this location several times over the past 5 years. I make an appointment for a tire rotation- they forget to even start work on my car and I've been there for over an hour and a half. I walk in and they forget that I'm there - 4 hours later. I get... there for a flat repair and wait for it - only to be told an hour later to go to a different location. I stopped going there and would have gone anywhere else - but family forced me back - so I thought bringing a token male would help - Not. Helped the two guys who came in behind me, but not me. Then when I was to get a phone call that day if they were able to finish the flat repair I left with them on a Saturday, or I was to get a phone call that Monday - they never called. I had to hunt down their number and call them - of course that was late enough I could not pick it up that day. Don't bother with this location.
