Extraordinary service
I have a wonderful story of customer service by Diggins & Rose. My wife and I were flying to Florida on Saturday to help a hospitalized relative who would be moving from Florida to Massachusetts. Our goal was a move on Tuesday and we had scheduled packing to start early... Monday morning. Upon arriving we learned the discharge had been moved to noon on Monday and no one would be home until afternoon. We put D&R on hold and it looked like the next earliest time would be that following Thursday, a costly delay. Around 2:00 PM that same day we received a call from the driver who said they could be at the house mid-afternoon. We met and they packed and everything was removed by that evening. It was extraordinary service. Everyone we met or dealth with at D&R was so helpful and considerate. We could not have asked for more. You are truly an excellent company. Walter C., Florida to Mass
