Diamond Tours

My wife and I went on the NYC trip July 15-20. On the brochure we received was a picture of Central Park.....When the bus drove by, the guide said, theres central park on the right. no stop at all, very disappointing. Also, the bus had a loud rattle in the roof that persisted throughout the trip and was never addressed. We have travelled with YMT and Knoxville Tours in the past.........Much better.
