Not happy with customer service at Payson branch, inside Walmart
We recently purchased a plastic piggy bank for $10 as a fundraising item. It broke within ten minutes. I returned to the Payson branch on Jan. 27th to inquire about getting a replacement for our daughter. The teller was very rude and impolite and stated that the "banks do break" and she would not replace the bank - period. Even though she did have more banks beneath the counter.
We won't be donating any more money for fundraisers at this branch and we don't appreciate her tone or attitude. We have been banking with Desert Schools for many years and were very saddened by this rude behavior.
Furthermore, if the banks are known for being junky and breakable, perhaps you should consider offering something else as your fundraising item from now on.
