I have had some really horrendous experiences in car buying over the years. The last used car that the I bought, the dealer took my cash and skipped town, not paying the taxes, tag or title on the car and it took over a year for me to settle things with the state. Be...cause of this, I was leery to go used car shopping again with a dealer, yet was also scared enough by all of the Craigslist scams that I relented. I had heard a few good things about Desert Auto so my sister and I made the drive over here to take a look. So glad we did because these are some of the friendliest and most helpful car salesmen that I have ever dealt with. I am partial to luxury brand vehicles and was looking for some type of suv to replace my car that just died. They had several on the lot that were in my price range and to my liking. I test drove a few and settled on a 2007 BMW X5. The car was clean and ran great. My credit is average and I sat down with Sonny who was super helpful in discussing my options. He helped me to fill out the paperwork for a quick loan application and had me approved for the best deal in less than an hour. We drove off of the lot in my new BMW and it has been running like a top since. I am extremely satisfied.
