My son was late to school everyday for the first two weeks of school, i thought i was because of him just not getting up on time but NOOOOOOOOOO NOPE NOPE NOPE BOO, they were either extremley late or extremley early to hi stop. The substitutes they have... Oh my... They need a litttle help in the noggin, but you know who's worse than the substitute, THE ACTUAL BUS DRIVER, she uses her phone, she speeds, she is very rude to my son and his friends, she even drives over curbs. Advanced Student Transportation is the absolute worst bus company!!!!!!!! The bus stops have been changed to our advantage after three years. (YEA). Now the bad. The bus driver refuses to pick up and drop off and the correct stops. I have called the bus company several times and have been straight out lied to or I was told in a nice way that I was a liar! I have called the school and they are having a hard time getting this driver under control. I guess my next call will be to the federal department of transportation. Advanced Student Transportation is the absolute worst bus company I have ever dealt with. I have 5 children and the only ones that are ever late are the ones that ride on Advanced buses. The buses are continuously late and the drivers are rude, crude, and inconsiderate. They speed, curse, use cell phones, and eat, all while driving. Friday afternoon, a driver sideswiped my parked car, and never stopped. Thankfully, a neighbor saw this happen and called the Police to report it. I also filed a police report, and with the cameras on every corner and a witness, I should have an open and shut insurance case.I spoke to Red Clay Transportation (George Middleton, who shrugged it off and said to call the actual contracting bus service [Adv. Student. Transp.], so I did. Two voice messages later, I have not yet been able to speak with Daryl Mosely regarding this hit and run accident. Yesterday there was a substitute bus driver that was absolutely unacceptable and should never be allowed to work around children ever again! The fact that the school has requested to NEVER HAVE HIM AGAIN and Advanced Student Transportation sent the same driver back to the school is absurd. The fact that this man is even employed with this company shows a lot about how this company feels about the welfare of the children that ride their buses. He was speeding through developments and main roads, driving while talking on his cell phone, using profanity in front of and TO the kids and dropping them off wherever he felt like is. Small children ranging from K to 8th grade had to walk 3 to 4 blocks home. Kids were actually crying while getting off the bus. That man terrorized these kids! in my 7 years of working with school buses, i have seen many good bus drivers get fired, or leave because of what goes on in this office....and when they try to come back, because they have really did nothing wrong, they are shunned by the "family office help" if one says no, they all do. all of the good bus drivers are gone, and all the ones that are speed racers and accident prone still work there...look at there buses, hello....they are all crash derby cars all dented up and all....quality reflects leadership.....there you go.... ...read more

My children ride bus 8 for FFA . Their bus driver is very rude to the children and he uses lots of profanity towards the children. i witnessed him cursing at my kids on the phone. I have reported this issue to a number of administators (Daryl Mosley,Kevin Ramerez) as well as their school staff (Dr. Brewington,Sean Moore,and Mrs. Roberts) I am unable to get any justice done as far as the bus driver and there is a large lack of communication.This bus driver looks like "Santa Clause" and the children are intimidated by him and his actions.I have a 5th grader and a kindergarden and also his (K) first experience on the bus and he is terrified of the driver. I have tried to get justice anyway possible so my kids would be comfortable being transported to and from without being intimidated by the driver who is just taking advantage because he can. I was in an accident with one of the buses from your bus company last month. I parked behind him and instead of going down the road and turning around he decided to back up and make an illegal turn. I live on Silverside Road. I just witnesed your bus #49 making an illegal left hand turn out of Green Acres. There have been people killed at this intgersection. Do the parents of these students know their bus driver is making illegal turns on intersections where there are know deaths?
