I bought a costume necklace a year ago and went in this past September to ask about it discoloring. The silver coloring was already coming off of many parts of the necklace. Instead of discussing it with me the sales person began to lecture me about how I was supposed to take care of the jewelry. I have lots of costume jewelry and do not really need to be lectured. I asked her if there was anything they could do and she abruptly told me absolutely not. People always ask me where I got this necklace but after this kind of treatment I certainly will not recommend this store. In fact I would discourage people from going there. ...read more
