Dave was, as other people have said, honest and friendly. He made my first tattoo experience very comfortable. Melissa does not like you to ask any questions and gets very upset and definsive when you do. I believe a person that does not like questions asked, does not know what she is doing. I would not recomend this place to anyone. The building is 60's era and you have to go through a back door and upstairs through a narrow and not so clean hallway. I felt very uncomfortable there.
