On 10/25/2013, I was cut of by School Bus M99, who then proceeded to drive his bus full of children at speeds of over 70MPH, in a 50 MPH speed zone. What he doesn't know is that I video taped the whole incident in HD Video. I am contacting the FMCSA, Delaware State Police, and the school district where he delivered the children. I just witnessed the driver of bus 66 (or 69, it happened fast) blast through a red light on 141 south while the rest of the traffic was stopped at the intersection for barley mill road. Maybe driving school is order for the woman driving. Had anyone got an early jump on the light from barley mill road it could have been a truly tragic afternoon. I have called this company twice, the first time I was told they did not have a bus 96. Called the next day to let them know they did have a bus 96 and that she is reckless in the way she drives her bus! She speeds through neighborhoods, goes around drivers at stop signs, blows her horn to get other drivers to stop and get out of her way. They know this (the bus company) she has students on her bus. I am not sure what school in the area she drops off to or picks up from, but today I will find out! If she comes through here again in the manner she has been and over takes other cars at the stop sign, I will call the police! was driving on I-95 this am and the bus swerved without room right in front of the car in front of me, then stopped and allowed the bus in front of the to get over and then proceeded. Both buses were full of children. Luckily the car in front of me was a better driver than the drunk bus driver or we could have had a multi-car pile up. Your company is very dangerous and lacking. I had the pleasure of repairing of repairing the lahanes home in new castle after one of their drivers ran into it . Following a Lehane bus driver on Saturday I witnessed red light running violation. Since I had a child on that bus I approached the bus driver who became very arguementitive with me. She felt that since the light was yellow she had the right to move forward through the light. Had a camera been in place at this light she would have been cited. She had more than adequate time to stop the bus and wait for the light to cycle back to green. It amazes me in light of last Tuesdays bus accident nothing has been learned! Many times when waiting to arrive at sporting events the buses come late. In fact I can't even remember the last the bus wasn't at least 15 minutes late, usually much more. Several occassion my child has been harassed by Lehane bus driver and when I spoke with Joan Rossell about the matter, she only focuses on the student and not what her employee has done. How can you require respect from these student when you do not give. Her tendancy is always wanting to cut your call off and hang up without dealing with the problem of her employee and how these incidents will be resolved. I will be taking necessary legal action against the bus company in the future. this bus service do not deserve any stars. They do not know how to handle the customer service part of business. These students are the reason why they even have a job. But I will be a persistent parent and will petition the school board and all other parents who are experiencing these problems with the bus company to have the school re-evaluate their contract with Lehane bus service.
