Mr. Nigrelli is a very informative professional providing the services that you pay for. In today's market it is not easy to go through the process of buying or selling a home, however, Mr. Nigrelli held our hand throughout the entire process. If you are unqualified for a mortgage and your down payment is not returned, there was a clause in the contract that prevented them from getting a returned down payment. Mr. Nigrelli has been dishonest, deceitful, unethical in conducting business. His company is known for taking advantage of small hard working people. To date is still have an issue with his company; since August 2008 I was in the process of purchasing a Coop apartment. ...
