We recently had a major melt down on one of our networks. We had a core switch down at one of our plants in Concord Ca. Our senior IT person for our Concord locations was out ill. We called several places in Concord and not one even knew what we were talking about when ...we mentioned the type of routing equipment we had down until we talked with Custom. We needed a computer with XP loaded for an older application that would not work with win7. They copied our old computer to the new one and kept all of our existing programs data and settings.
