Our facility is specially designed for women, featuring a complete 30-minute workout (cardio and strength training) and weight management program that's fun, fast and safe. We also feature the most advanced fitness technology, CurvesSmart. This system ensures that you receive the maximum benefit for your specific fitness level. Our machines utilize hydraulics, so the faster you move them, the more resistance, the greater the workout. Or... you can start off slowly, at your pace, and build up your fitness level safely. Our members burn up to 500 calories during a workout. Beginning in 2009, we now offer a FREE Weight Management Class open to members and NON-members, too!
