I went to this store and purchased a dress and when i went to my house I went to put it on and noticed that the strap on the right side was slightly torn off. I went to take the dress back to Pretty Woman Boutique for a refund and/or exchange. I had both my receipt and price tag with me and when I went in I explained my issue. The employee at the cash register that dealt with this problem with me was extremely unwelcoming and had no customer service skills. Or atleast not very good ones. She made me feel like an animal or some kind of worthless dog and she spoke down to me. She told me that I can't have a refund or exchange and blamed me for the damage. I had only had the dress for about three days. I meanwhile as she offered to sew it since I couldn't get a refund or exchange even though the store policy says so just took the dress and was on my way out when the employee screamed at me to "Get out ! Get out ! Don't come back!!!!" when I was on my way out...poor employees here. ...read more

I was very pleased with my beautiful handbag that was designed by the owners. They stand behind there bags. Any issues, bring them their for repair or cleaning. Belts are customized while you wait. they can crop and make smaller, and add additional belt holes if necessary. Love everything in their store. Family owned and operated.
