This site makes you give at least one star, I however would not give them any thing. They damaged my car, they were on caring, car arrived late and all Carrie White at the company did was lie to me. Our car was picked up by Joseph Nagy towing co in Naples, Fl on April 29, 2010. Apple told us we had to make the check out to Nagy and they in turn would give cash to Apple's driver . Red flag--financial troubles? Usually pymt is made when car is delivered. Nagy's driver told us car would most likely leave next day. Our car sat in the hot Fl sun for at least 9 days. Clothes etc. just baking in the trunk. We also noticed that 50 miles had been put on the car and we are pretty sure that the car was driven from E. Hartford to our home. I'm sorry I did not listen to Dan who did warn us. in his review. Your will rue the day you chose Apple Transport and dear Carrie who can sure stretch the truth. Last year they were 3 days late. ********************ATTENTION TO ALL************************ If you already made or consider making an appointment with Apple Auto Transport located in East Hartford, CT I would cancel and call another company. This company is dishonest, will lie to you time after time. The person "Carrie" who you will be talking to when you call will tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Schedule pick up was fast because she wants to lock you in. Once the pick up is done then that's when the frustration and headache starts. My incident started in Nov, 2008 and its now Feb, 2009. To make a long story short, my vehicles was THREE DAYS LATE and never once did anyone call. When I called trying to get answers....all I got was excuses after excuses. When my vehicles finally arrived at NIGHT, both my vehicle had damages to them. Was told by "Carrie" things will be taken care of...WRONG!
