I guess I shouldnt expect much for Avon, CT. But the dishes arrived not as described on the menu -- boulliebase came with mussels as not listed on the menu....I hate mussels. Then prime rib for another guest was overcooked. Waiter had on a dirty jacket. the supposed best clam chowder tasted like it came from a can. Insects were flying around in the restaurant. The above review is completely untrue, why someone felt the need to post clearly false statements about everything from the quality of the food to the origins of the name of the store 2 years after it closed is beyond me.
