Looking to rent an apt here...I would like to know if there are any updated reviews on this development?

Did they resolve the bed bug issue?

Are there any continuous issues regarding the hot water and the cooking gas?

It's winter time; is snow removal still a problem?

Do cars get broken into as one review indicated?

Is management still the same? Are they difficult to deal with?

The toliet runs all night the heat is not enough but your bill will be high you hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment kids are running up and down the stairs all night.

The manager lady is a demon! This apartment has no water supply for half a day at least once a month. It has big bug problem and treated bugs once/twice or three times every month and you need to remove EVERYTHING from the kitchen! They treat tenants like dogs! They always say if you don't pay property tax you need to listen to them EVERYTHING!Remember this summer no hot water for two weeks and no cooking gas for three months? You could check the Westchester Journal for that.Very bad and rude people. There was even a crime that the car of our neighbor was damaged by someone at midnight!

Near the office is doctored up and pretty. As you walk around the complex things look much different. Some units have fences some dont. Certain section(s) had a bed bug problem. Snow removal is another issue, its bad. Maintenance staff look like they are always on lunch.
