Where to start.....JOEY the sales guy is the true meaning of the place he works for a Conn! We truly feel like he hushed us from the start. He mislead us in think the warranty was included with the 3 it's we purchased from them. WRONG He added into the contract $120 per item we purchased. Apparently to not get charged interested you have to use all of what you got approved for or they charge you interest. Which is highway robbery by the way. She for my 3 items it was almost $3,000 YES $3000 EACH ITEM NO MORE THEN $700. First day go get the Sofa broken! So contact the store manager, send me pictures then I will call you back..She calls back pick up another Sofa. Next day dresser gets delivered it's too BROKEN! So, Day 3 they bring another dresser to our surprise BROKEN! SO, forward to a year later Love Seat BROKEN!!! They have poor quality furniture. I would NEVER RECOMMEND CONN'S to anyone. It's disgusting how fresh they our taken advantage of hard working people.

We have in the past purchased many items from Conn's. In 2008 we purchased a new entertainment center for our home. We have excelent credit and never have any problem getting approved for the 0% promotional offers. We considered paying cash for the purchase but the sales person talked us into the 0% interest. A few days later my husband was back at the store and saw the TV was for sale for less, they told him they would credit our account. Recently, I called to get our payoff and it did not add up. Ends up they never credited our account and have been charging us a high interest rate. We disputed it with the company and they refuse to correct their mistake. We are not going back and will recomend that to other as well. They call the police on my husband but they are robbing us. My husband was very upset but never threatened anyone but the police were stilled called on him. I guess they did not want everyone else to know that they are robbing their customers.
