Communicom Customer Service Sucks
I called to sign up for installation on the 9th. The 1st available was the 17th, 8 days later. Due to being out of town I had to schedule for the 2nd of the next month. The technician was to be at my home between 8 and noon. At 12:15 I called. The rep said someone from dispatch would call me back. At 12:45 I still had heard nothing. Thanks for wasting over half my day and letting me know you really want my business.
