My history with this company goes back over ten years. In the beginning they were A-1 in the quality of work and reasonable pricing, with the owner coming out and accomplishing a sprinkler upgrade on my then, recently purchased home. From that point, it was downhill, in the owner discovering cheap illegal labor. The last time I used them was several years ago. I had one five dollar sprinkler head that was broken. The fix took the illegal mexican with a shovel about ten minutes......the costs.....over $90. He also left a mess where the repair was done. When I called to complain about the price, the gal on the phone in charge of the scheduling laughed me off the phone. Since then I have discovered a licensed off-duty fireman who recently gave me almost two hours of real work on tuning up my sprinkler system for $85 and charging only his costs on all the parts.
