went in to order some intex pool parts and was told they would be $2.99 for a pack of two or three, she was unsure of the price. She told me that she would call me the next day with the correct price and she never did. The parts were supposed to come in Thurs. so I called that day and the man told me they could be there as we spoke and he would call me when the trucks were all unloaded. I waited for the call and it never came so I drove there and there was a sign on the door saying that they were closed for the afternoon for "team building". So I waited till the next day and went there again. The parts were there but I had to wait 30 min. for the guy to figure how to put the item into the computer. Once he did I paid and it ended up costing $2.99 per little plastic part. Not what I was told. Then he sold me a pool product that he said was all I needed to keep the pool up and it was $40. Come to find out this product is just one step of 3 chemicals to put in the pool. I could have bought the stuff at Walmart for less than half the price. I called to see if I could return it with the receipt and they said no. I could only exchange it...go figure! Needless to say I am very dissapointed in the company.
