Yes, I miss the wonderful feeling of coming home to Spice on the Green. This place make me feel like I just came back home. The food nice and warm, the people with a smile on their face and my appetite big like an elefant. What beautiful memories a warm place in a cold Winter day can make you feel warm and welcome. My wife and I moved here from the big city and were very disappointed in the dining options in Burlington CO. That is until we discovered a quite little place on a little golf course, just outside of Burlington. Spices on the Green had a little ad in the local paper advertising a holiday buffet. We went with little expectation. We were wrong. The buffet was huge and delicious. We went back again for a steak. I was shocked!! As a chef and previous owner of a steak house I know good beef, I aged my own. This was the best I had tasted in years. WOW, I could not believe it. So now even when we go to Denver which is reknowned for good steaks, I eat something else and save myself for Spices on the Green. That's a good steak!! ...read more

The best steak I ever ate, I am 50 yr old man who loves a good Ribeye. Spices and the serving portion make anybody fall in love with this place.
