My wife and I had a problem with squirrels in our home. I called A All Animal Control and told them my situation. The staff at AAAC was very helpful and knowledgable regarding my situation. I scheduled an appointment and the technician arrived on time, inspected my home, let me know of my situation, how the squirrels were getting into my home and how we could resolve the problem. The technician set traps and started the job. Within two weeks the squirrels we're gone from my home. A All Animal control repaired all the points of entry on my home where the squirrels were getting in and my problem was solved. The squirrels have not been back and my experiance with A All Animal Control was great. I recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. Technician failed to inform me about the trap regulations and then attempted to charge outrageous additional fees. They did not do the agreed upon repairs. They have a service contract that is so fine print and long that it is practically illegible, especially for seniors. When I asked what I was signing because I couldn't read it, they fail to tell you everything that is on the contract. They basically will just show up and put a couple traps out, get hundreds of dollars up front then they never follow up with you, so your lucky if they trap anything. They expect the customer to check the traps every day, I'm a disabled veteran in a wheelchair, but if you touch the trap the will attempt to charge you hundreds of dollars, but of course they don't tell you not to touch them (it's in the fine, fine print long contract). The customer service woman at the main office was rude and unhelpful and will trap you in the unethical contract if you don't take it to an attorney first to decipher it. ...read more

This so-called "business" is to be avoided. Today, my fiance called the "Canine College" to inquire about training to correct a urinatino problem our 7-year old bulldog is having, and you know what their response was? "Wait a year...because bulldogs don't live past 8...and call us when you get a puppy." Are you serious? I brought my Borkie (1/2 Yorkie, 1/2 Bichon Frise) in to Pet Clips less than one month after being professionally groomed elsewhere. In the meantime, I brushed her almost daily, and had actually bathed her 3 days prior to taking her to Pet Clips. I say this so that you will understand that I did not bring in a dog who had been poorly cared for and was terribly matted. I wish this site allowed pictures. The before pic would show an adorable, silky dog looking very much like a Yorkie with flowing hair and a topknot. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved! Down to the skin! They had used the tightest setting that can be used on a grooming shaver. She looks like a rat. It actually breaks my heart to look at her. Their excuse for this was that she was "too matted" to wash and brush her. properly. We have had nothing but great experiences with Academy Acres Kennel. We take our golden retriever their every time we go out of town, and she loves going there!!! We always set her up for the grooming and the grooming staff does an awesome job, she even came home with a cute little bow once!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACe, Acdemy Acres is a place full of scandles and selfish people. your pet is not safe here and the workers chuck and andrea do not give a krap about your animals well being. they offer play time and if you pay for it i know for a fact the animal never recieved it. I used to work at this place and its no good. they treat pets with no care and treat their employs even worst. the have a cat room with insulin needles every on the ground, on the microwave, in the food they provide and on top of that they have cokk roache every where in both buildings.( where the raise great danes and in the boarding builing) this places is just wrong in every way. im going to talk to tom martino and im gonna try to get this place shut down every way possible. these people are no better than crooks. ...read more
