CMS has developed a comprehensive field inspection form to assist the data collection process for both new and experienced appraisers. The forms were developed by a team of appraisers totaling more than 50 years of appraisal experience.
The forms provide space for collection of interior/exterior property details and also have a sketch section. CMS’ appraisal inspection forms are a cost effective alternative to cumbersome and time consuming handheld computer devices.
Both the 1004 and 1073 inspection forms are available for download after purchase and processing in printable PDF format. The forms are also effective for data collection for exterior-only appraisal reports. The forms may be printed as many times as desired by the purchasing party.
