Cleveland School Animal Hospital

I love everyone in this office, and so do my dogs! We have 3 labs and they all go to Cleveland Animal School. It doesn't matter if they see Dr. Basden, Dr. Campbell or Dr. Goodwin, they are all fantastic. They always take the time to answer our questions, explain what they are doing, As far as price goes, I know they are cheaper than a lot and comparable with others. They genuinely care about our pets and I highly recommend this vet.

Our story is too long to share here, but we had to surrender an animal due to finances. Surgery was going to be $1K and we just couldn't do it financially. After much thought we surrendered our pet in order to save his life. She covered the expense, and told us he would be adopted by the vet and we could remain in touch. After the surrender we weren't informed that it was policy to surrender communication rights and what we signed didn't say this either. I had even asked if my son could say good bye to his pet after it healed from surgery. No one ever said this wasn't ok UNTIL I called to see how he did from surgery. We were then told not call about him nor could we see him again. My son is heart broken, this was his kitten from Santa. We know rules are rules but after 5+ yrs of being her patient she wouldn't show any compassion to a child who had no say in this decision. If faced with a difficult decision this vet will not spare feelings over business!

I use Cleveland Animal Hospital for both of my pets...The veterinarian has helped my dog tremendously...She has always been friendly with me and my family and has always been there for my pets when I needed her...This woman knows what she is doing, no doubt...Her fees are less than most of the vets that I have been too and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good vet...BUT if you are looking to have your pet spayed or neutered then I recommend the Carolina Spay and Neuter Mobile Clinic..906-7729...They are very affordable and the price does include the shots!!!

These people that work at this vet really care about our pets .... I got my doberman pinschers ears cropped here and she also was boarded here and they treated her so nicely .... I was worried about leaving Zoey there because she was only 9 weeks old at the time, but when we picked her up it was like she had a second family ... I could tell that she liked everyone there as much as they adored her. Thanks to Dr. Basden and all her staff for everything they have done for my little Zoey.

I have been to many vets in the Cleveland/Clayton area. After much dissappointment, I meet the staff of Cleveland School Animal Hosp. from the front staff to the back there is no comparision. They made me feel so welcome and really felt like they cared about me and my pets. For them it doesnt just seem to be about the money, and I wasnt racked over the coals like I have been at 2 other vets in the close area. I would highly recommend them to anyone who treats there pets not as animals but as family members...
