Camp Bow Wow Highland Heights

After taking my dogs there for over one year I walked in this morning only to find this franchise has been taken over by the Corporate offices!! They sent out an email over the weekend, but it did NOT prepare me, in any way, for what I walked in to. TOTAL CHAOS. Lot's of new faces all standing around, nobody that knew me or my dog.

Big white guy, with glasses and short grey hair, was just a RUDE AS THEY COME, and refused to identify himself, although was working behind the counter.

Refused to take my dogs because I didn't have updated vaccination records WITH ME, and of course the veterinarian wasn't open yet! Would've had the records available, had I been notified they needed them updated.

Customers waiting, dogs barking and not brought into the back, staff standing around looking stupid and bewildered. Another customer came in with a dog that BITES and was going nuts, and they did nothing! THIS is "new and improved?" Think I'll be moving to K-9 Kingdom!!

Both of my dogs, a one year old and a puppy RUV going to Camp Bow Wow. It's clean, has great hours, and the staff are wonderful. In the summer they have pools they go out and splash around in and have access to go outside unless the weather poses some kind of health threat. They come home well socialized and completely exhausted. It's all they can do to eat their dinner before they crash for the night when they get home!

My dog Snickers has been going to Camp Bow Wow for about a year. She gets so excited when she sees where we're going and she always comes home tired.
I love the Camper Cams so I can keep tabs on her. There is almost always a staff member in the play yards with the dogs. Any accidents are cleaned up promptly. The dogs are let outside regularly for potty breaks.The Staff know my dog and knows when her favorite playmates are there.
I have recommended Camp Bow Wow to several friends.
