We purchased a pair of shoes for our daughter at another Journeys store and received to right footed shoes, we wanted exchange them at this location but the manager Isaac was rude and unwilling, saying it would mess up his inventory. He continued arguing that we should of bought them at this location and that it would mess up the inventory, we explained we lived nearby and it wasn't convenient to track back to the other location. Another female employee involved herself and insulted me and my mother? Finally another male employee exchanged the shoes but the other employees would not stop the insults nor did they apologize for the mismates. At one point the female said I was a piece....and I should zip it. We only explain the simple fix and the inconvience they were forcing on us. This was a horrible experience. This used to be one of the best places to eat in Yuba City. It has lost its charm and looks very dated inside. The staff attempts to do a good job but it doesn't quite come off. The newspaper runs frequent coupons for buy one dinner get one free and that brings in locals like me. The prime rib is still good but not great as in the past. ...read more
