I would have given these guys a 5 because they're all great. They help you as best as possible and everyone is really cordial except this one chubby guy at the register who seems to have something against the world. Such a shame, I would just put that guy in a back room away from the customer area. Adrian, Edgar and the ladies are fantastic and well-mannered. I've been doing my taxes there every year for the last 14 years and I can say that the guy in the front needs to at least try and put on a different face when people are there.
