If I could give it a minus 1 star, I'd do it. They came out promptly and gave me a peliminary estimate. They did not call back, I had to keep calling them. They did not send out an estimate as promised. After a week of phone tag I finally received an email estimate, after I called them again, that was $75 more than the preliminary estimate quoted to me from the guy who came out to appraise the work. The email estimate did not include some of the work agreed to at the start. When I mentioned this fact, I was sent another email that was almost 200 % more than the sum given to me by the guy who first apprasised the work. ...read more
