Happy Summer Math Monkey Students!

Congratulations to the participants in our first summer session! The results from the initial assessment to the post test were very impressive. Next week is the start of our final summer session, and the theme is the Math Olympics. Students will play math games based on some of the most popular Summer Olympics sports: Gymnastics, Diving, Volleyball, Basketball and more! We have the giant orange koosh ball ready for some indoor fun. If you've never attended a Math Monkey class, it's very different than any other math enrichment and tutoring program. Children don't sit at a desk and do worksheets. They jump and play and get to be farmers and superheroes and athletes while learning number sense to solve complex mathematical problems quickly and in their heads. Our students learn Vedic math, which is the same math that helps students in India finish their engineering school entrance exams with ease. Our classes are taught by licensed California teachers, with 12 students to 1 teacher and 1 assistant. The results are provable, and we prove them every session. Children challenge themselves to learn because when they get questions right, they get to move further ahead in the game. Classes are forming now for our September 8th session, so call us today at (858) 271-MATH. We'll do an assessment of your child and help you find the right class. Homeschoolers, ask us about our daytime homeschooling classes. More information is available at SanDiegoMath.com or call us at (858) 271-MATH ...read more

I was lied to from the first conversation I had with the sales rep from the University Prep Center. The gentleman easily sold me the program (who doesn't want to help their kid?) and promised so many wonder things for one low cost of around $200. Well, one month later my credit card was charged $39.95 for: Description: CPE/UPC OrderId 211042877, whatever the heck that is. I emailed them right away and a day or two later they refunded the monthly fee and supposedly canceled the monthly charge. I tried to return the product for a full refund and sent it to the address on the back of the CD. Apparently that was the incorrect address and it is now bouncing around the USPS in San Diego marked as undeliverable. Don't try to call this company. You will be on hold for 5-6 minutes before a recording comes on asking you to leave a message. Don't bother leaving a message because it will not be returned.Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!! ...read more

They have sent me a bad check, and I have been fighting to get my money back for two years. I have copies of their bad check with the signature of the owner, I have emails promising me my check. But I am still waiting for a good check!! ...read more
