I've met the character that owns Fire mountain gems He could care less how many small bead shops he puts under. He is pure greed. He's moved his business from central Calif. twice to find cheaper employees and ended up in Grants Pass, OR. Ever been there? What about the labor abuses in the Chinese & Indian factorys where people paid pennys to produce FM's products die horrible deaths due to silicosis. Late delivery; untruthful sales people; usless DVR handbook written in Pigin English as was the one equally useless reply to my e-mails; no reply to messages; trying to access the USB port deleted all images; then the DVR stopped recording and responding to the controls; the night vision on the camera packed up; oh and even the screw to fix the camera to the bracket was the wrong thread.
