If I could have left no star at all thats what they would be getting. Nasty food, rotten lettuce, lowest quality hamburger meat I've ever tasted, pure rank. Not even sure it was hamburger meat? Bit into it and hacked it right back out and tossed it in the trash. Dirty floors, windows, tables and seats, special seating section just for Koreans. It blows my mind that this place hasn't been shut down by the health department. Oh and you just have to love the newspaper blocking your view through the drive thru window. I wrongly assumed that Red Mango Grill in Stater Bros. Plaza would prove to be just another dumpy "wanna be" dive. Was I ever mistaken! It's as good or even better than the best L.A./San Fernando Valley Asian restaurant! Let's leave the best for last...I'll start with decor. It looks like just another strip mall business from the outside, but inside, well, how do you say, "Très chic!" in Asian? And clean...the Health Dept. "A" rating doesn't do it justice. The restrooms are not only spotless, they are so stylish that I half expected a uniform clad attendant to hand me a towel! The staff is very gracious, eager to please and knowledgeable when it comes to the menu. Ah, yes, the menu.
